Yoga Beyond Foundations Tuesday 2 pm / Friday 10:30 am

For students with at least two years of yoga experience. Classes build on established fundamentals to develop greater strength, balance, and mindfulness - challenging you in ways that feel meaningful.

MELT Method Tuesday 4 pm

A gentle, science-based self-care technique using soft rollers and balls to rehydrate fascia, reduce chronic pain, restore mobility, and help your body feel better from inside out.

MELT & NeuroStrength Wednesday 11 am

In addition to the MELT Method, NeuroStrength moves focus on restoring proper neural pathways and movement mechanisms to yield optimal function and performance. Together, MELT and NeuroStrength help your body feel better and perform at its best.
