Weekly group classes designed to strengthen your body, improve posture, increase mobility, heighten your awareness, and calm your mind. Available at two levels - Foundations for geginners, and Continuing Practice for students with two or more years of experience.

MELT Method Classes

A gentle, science-based self-care technique using soft rollers and MELT balls to rehydrate connective tissues, restore stability, and mobility, and reduce chronic pain. Results you can feel after your very first class.

One-on-One Private Sessions

Personalized instruction tailored specifically to your body, your goals, and your pace. Private sessions can combine yoga, MELT Method, and strength training in whatever way serves you best. Ideal if you want focused attention, are recovering from an injury, or simply prefer to work one-on-one.
