I’m Lina Lee. My path to teaching began with my own healing and strengthening journey, and over two decades of practice and years of teaching has only deepened my belief in what becomes possible when you truly understand your body. At Practice With Lina, I offer yoga, MELT Method group lessons as well as one on one private sessions tailored to individuals to help adults 40 and over get stronger, reduce chronic pain, and feel more alive.

MELT Method Group Classes A gentle, science-based technique using soft rollers and balls to reduce chronic pain, restore mobility, and help your body feel better from the inside out.
