In 2022, at age 77, I suffered from degenerative arthritis and herniated lumbar discs. I couldn’t sit or stand without help and needed a cane to walk. Two Stanford doctors told me knee replacement was my only option. Lina created a custom movement plan specifically for my needs. Within three months I saw massive improvement, and by six months I had joined her group Yoga and MELT classes. I have my mobility and my life back — no surgery required.
